I have been involved in the construction industry for more the 40 years. During which time I worked for both private and public sector employers. My experience varies form site work, to public projects and hands-on construction, to estimating/project management. My services to your company could be as follows: 1. reviewing plans on which you would like to bid; 2. picking up these plans under your company name; 3. preparing a computer spread sheet for the project (also included could be material and subcontractor quotes as required); 4. for a private site work project I will include a comprehensive quantity take-off from which your proposal will be based; 5. after you are the successful bidder, I will continue to be of service to your company by preparing the submittal packages and attending meetings as needed.
