The New York Foundation for Fair Contracting (NYFFC) works to "level the playing field" by supporting fair contracting across New York State. “Fair contracting” is a broad term used to describe the laws, rules, and regulations that make publicly funded construction projects safe and efficient.  Fair contracting benefits workers, taxpayers, and business owners.

The NYFFC works to ensure our publicly funded infrastructure benefits the community by monitoring public contracts from the time of bidding through the life of the project.  

We can only achieve this goal and level the playing field by working together.
